I'm sure you've noticed the crazy week we've had in the markets/mortgage world!
Who would've thought we'd see 4.875% on a 30 year fixed rate?
I don't expect it to stay there long but even the "low 5%s" is a great time for your clients to be purchasing their next homes, investment properties, etc.
